Bersama ini kami umumkan persiapan Lapor Diri PPG bagi Guru Tertentu Tahun 2024<\/p>\n

Jadwal Pelaksanaan dan Ketentuan Lapor Diri<\/p>\n

A. Jadwal Pelaksanaan<\/p>\n

  1. Pemanggilan Peserta di SIMPKB 22 s.d. 26 Juli 2024<\/li>\n
  2. Lapor diri dan Orientasi di LPTK 23 s.d. 31 Juli 2024 (update menjadi 8 Agustus 2024)<\/li>\n
  3. Pembelajaran mandiri di PMM 24 Juli s.d. 4 September 2024<\/li>\n
  4. Pendaftaran UKPPPG di PMM 9 Agustus s.d. 7 September 2024<\/li>\n
  5. Unggah Dokumen UKPPPG 11 s.d. 15 September 2024<\/li>\n
  6. Pelaksanaan Ujian Tertulis Berbasis Komputer (UTBK) 21 s.d. 22 September 2024<\/li>\n
  7. Pelaksanaan Penilaian Ujian Kinerja 23 s.d. 29 September 2024<\/li>\n
  8. Pengumuman UKPPPG 8 Oktober 2024<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    B. Pelaksanaan LAPOR DIRI<\/strong> dilaksanakan secara ONLINE \/ DARING<\/strong> pada laman Web Aplikasi yang kami siapkan.\u00a0 Adapun syarat berkas yang harus dipersiapkan LAPOR DIRI <\/strong>sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n

    1. Pakta Integritas (terlampir)<\/li>\n
    2. Biodata Mahasiswa (sesuai format PD DIKTI)<\/li>\n
    3. Scan Ijazah S1\/DIV yang dilegalisir<\/li>\n
    4. Scan Transkrip Nilai S1\/DIV<\/li>\n
    5. Scan Kartu Identitas KTP\/SIM<\/li>\n
    6. Scan Pas Foto Berwarna dimensi 4 x 6 (background merah, memakai jas warna hitam)<\/li>\n
    7. Scan Surat Keterangan Sehat (dari fasilitas layanan kesehatan)<\/li>\n
    8. Scan Surat Keterangan Berkelakuan Baik dari Kepolisian<\/li>\n
    9. Scan Surat Bebas Narkotika, Psikotropika, dan Zat adiktif lainnya\/NAPZA (dari Puskesmas\/RSUD setempat\/Kepolisian\/BNN)<\/li>\n
    10. Scan NPWP (bagi yang memiliki)<\/li>\n
    11. Nomor NISN (tidak perlu di scan), dapat diakses di Ijazah SMA,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
